How to Start a Christian School Seminar

Whether you're thinking about starting a Christian preschool, kindergarten, elementary, middle, or secondary school sometime in the future or desire to open a school as soon as possible, learning about successful Christian school ministry can better prepare you to meet the needs in your community. This seminar provides you with an easy-to-follow step-by-step plan for starting a successful Christian school.

Taught by Paul Richter, President of Christian School Development and a Christian school specialist with 25 years of teaching and administrative experience, you will gain an understanding of how to structure your school in order to achieve desired goals.  The seminar is often attended by pastors, Christian leaders, teachers, homeschoolers, and school study teams. Everyone is welcome.  We cover the most important content in a one-day seminar that makes the most of your time. You'll use what you learn throughout the new school development process. Each participant receives a guidebook which contains detailed information on seminar contents. You will also receive a CD with sample by-laws, policy handbooks, and administrative forms. Everything you need will be ready for quick reference long after the seminar is over.

Christian School Development brings together years of research, experience, and resource materials on how to start a Christian school in a church or community setting. Presented in a classroom format, the New School Seminar is designed to provide everything necessary to get your school up and running—in the right direction.

"The conference was everything we hoped it would be. Very informative and helpful. Just the right amount of time. (We could have gone on forever and not exhausted the subject matter, but having to drive 4 hours in the A.M. and again in the P.M. made me appreciate the schedule just the way you had it). Wonderful handouts. Your delivery was very easy to understand and listen to. Our committee met Sunday and we spent the whole time debriefing them on what we learned. I am so thankful God called you to this ministry. We benefited greatly, and pray God will grant you safety in your travels, and wish you continued success."

Dan Mitchell, MD Thomasville, GA

"We have felt so overwhelmed in our committee at church as we looked at beginning a Christian school. You have helped greatly by giving us direction and guidance - by giving us ideas of where and how to begin. We knew someone else had "done it" (started a Christian school). We didn't need to "reinvent the wheel". Your resources have been a great help. I feel like we have more focus on where to begin the process. Thank-you so much!"

Dawn Swartz, Draper's Valley Presbyterian Church in America, Draper, VA

"We enjoyed your seminar at our church so very much. Thank you so much for spending the day with us. We have planned out next year according to the timeline you showed us and are looking forward to continuing to work with you as we progress with the developmental process. Thanks again, Paul."

Gail Foster, Principal, Living Faith Christian Center, Cherry Hill, NJ

"This was just so good! I was impressed with the wealth of information and am more motivated to follow the leading of the Lord. I learned much more than the nominal fee would have bought for me. This seminar is invaluable...I recommend it wholeheartedly!"

Marian Kennedy Brooks, Executive Director, In My Heart Ministries, Washington, DC
